Finding a Home Builder in Enoch, Utah
One of our favorite new homes built in Enoch was featured in the 2018 Festival of Homes. The masterfully designed modern farmhouse was built for an empty nester with visiting friends & family. We started with the kitchen as the heart of the house and designed the home from there; all paths lead to this generous-sized cooking and gathering place. The split floorplan puts the master retreat on one side of the home with guest rooms on the opposite side. The home is independently tested and inspected and has earned a great HERS Index score, so you know it's energy-efficient and very comfortable to live in. It's designed for Aging-in-Place and is very easy and convenient to live in. Speaking of living, the exterior is low maintenance, so you can spend your summers on adventures with your family instead of maintaining a home.
