I chose to work at MOA ARCHITECTURE because, while they're deeply committed to great design, they care just as much about their people. In past firms, I've experienced rigid paths for advancement and even structured expectations for how teams interact. I was having a really hard time advancing in my career in the way that I wanted to. MOA is different - they create opportunities for everyone to grow, and even encourage you to carve your own path if you see a need and want to pursue it. It's a team of genuinely good people who actively support one another's success, both personally and professionally. I have real connections with those around me in the office, and love continuing to learn from them every day. And on top of that, we get to create some really incredible designs. 

Little Raven Elementary School is my favorite MOA project. It pushed the boundaries for how to conceptualize a school while remaining connected to the community it served. The project demonstrates thoughtful planning and beautifully crafted design details!
