Hi, I’m Mary. I help translate the design vision into something that can actually be built, making sure high-level ideas carry through in a clear, coordinated way. I’m a strong translator and collaborator, naturally bridging the gap between design, technical teams, and client perspectives while making sure everyone has a voice.

My Why

I came to MOA through some friends that worked here, and they told me it was well‑organized and genuinely cared about developing its people — and every part of that has proven true. From clear standards to structured support, I’ve never felt like I was thrown into the deep end. This is the first place I’ve worked that is truly cultivating the next generation of leaders, not just saying it.

Favorite MOA Project

The addition and renovation of the Colorado Bureau of Investigation’s Toxicology Lab was a complex, highly technical project that required close collaboration with toxicologists, state agencies, contractors, and multiple other stakeholders. While modest in scale, the project had a significant impact on the daily work of the toxicologists. Seeing how the new space positively improved their day-to-day experience made the project especially rewarding.
