I work at MOA because it's a place where I feel excited to show up every day and solve problems. This is for two reasons: a great team and meaningful work. This can be a fast-paced and stressful industry, but challenges never feel too big at MOA because of the people I work with. Whether it's a tough design challenge or our summer volleyball squad, this is a tight-knit team that cares about each other and achieves great results because of it. I'm also somebody who's energized by work that makes an impact, so K-12 schools and cultural projects are a great fit. Recently, I've been lucky to work on the Stanley Hotel Expansion, a Colorado icon, and Arrupe Jesuit High School, an innovative, mission-driven school with deep Denver roots. I want to do great work with great people, and MOA is the perfect place to do that.
