Douglas County School District Breaks Ground on New Elementary School in Sterling Ranch

We broke ground on a new Elementary School in Sterling Ranch!

This milestone marks the start of Douglas County School District’s first new school in over a decade and the first public school for the growing Sterling Ranch community. It was an incredible celebration with students, staff, community leaders, and the project team coming together to celebrate a school built with their voices and vision at the center.

DCSD’s Elementary School #51 will welcome 750 students and 100 staff into a modern, flexible learning environment with innovative classroom pods, vibrant commons, and spaces designed for both education and community connection.
