Extending the Life of a Campus Housing Asset

The renovation was driven by the desire to enhance student life while extending the facility’s long-term functionality. Natural light was maximized throughout resident floors to create a warmer, more inviting environment. Common spaces, including study areas, student lounges, and recreational spaces, were redesigned to foster community engagement and collaboration. The front desk and lobby were reconfigured to improve visibility, safety, and comfort for residents and staff.

Residents enjoy improved comfort, connectivity, and a stronger sense of community within a refreshed, welcoming environment.
