Elevated Living with Care Designed for Every Stage
Located in the scenic southern suburbs of Denver, Lincoln Meadows Senior Living is a thoughtfully designed mixed-service senior living community that offers stunning mountain views, peaceful gardens, and a wide variety of amenities. Designed in close collaboration with Spectrum Retirement Communities, this project is part of a continuing partnership with MOA to deliver high-quality, resident-centered senior living environments. The facility combines Independent Living (IL), Assisted Living (AL), and Memory Care (MC) under one roof, creating a cohesive yet tailored living experience for a wide range of senior care needs.

Designed to Inspire Connection and Independence
The design of Lincoln Meadows is rooted in the desire to create a welcoming, vibrant, and supportive environment for older adults. Each care level was carefully planned with resident well-being and autonomy in mind, offering shared and private spaces that feel both safe and uplifting. Across the three distinct communities, residents enjoy dedicated gathering and sitting areas, while the Independent and Assisted Living wings are enhanced with shared amenities such as a theater, coffee shop, and library with computer access. Additional spaces in the IL wing—including a beauty salon, craft room, greenhouse, and an exercise room run by physical therapists—promote daily engagement and independence. Living suites are offered in a range of sizes and layouts to meet the diverse preferences and lifestyles of residents.

Lincoln Meadows is a supportive and enriching community for seniors in all stages of care. With courtyards for shaded outdoor dining, tranquil walking paths, and a focus on comfort and connection, the campus encourages residents to stay active, social, and engaged with their surroundings. By thoughtfully integrating residential, social, and wellness-focused design elements, MOA and Spectrum have created an environment where seniors can thrive, families can feel confident, and a sense of community grows every day.
