Connecting Students Through Smart Design and Social Spaces

Designed to support both living and learning, the facility emphasizes convenience, connection, and flexibility. The 15,000-SF Dining Commons is configured as a semi-dispersed marketplace with five food stations, including both back-of-house–connected venues and island-style serveries. This layout allows for peak-time efficiency while offering students a variety of dining, socializing, and study environments. Student support services are centrally located to promote engagement, accessibility, and a seamless daily experience.
