The Woodward Drake Corporate Campus serves as a design-to-manufacturing concept development site for Woodward, an independent provider of control solutions for aerospace and industrial markets. The campus renovation reimagined the facility to seamlessly integrate design, engineering, and manufacturing functions, creating a cohesive environment for innovation and production.

Transparency and Collaboration in Motion
The project was guided by the vision of transparency and collaboration between design and manufacturing. The production floor was re-purposed to support industrial processes for managing fuel, air, fluids, gases, electricity, and motion. A daylight-infused “main street” was introduced to connect the production and engineering/design departments, fostering visual and functional integration. Engineering and design offices feature an open, collaborative layout with flexible meeting spaces and fully integrated technology to support creative problem-solving and team collaboration.
