STRIDE Administration Office

Denver, Colorado
Unified and Inspired in a Modern Administrative Hub

The STRIDE Administration Office Remodel consolidates the administrative team of this community-based healthcare provider into a single, cohesive workspace. Previously scattered across multiple offices in the area, the tenant improvement project creates a bright, open environment designed to support collaboration, focused work, and community engagement. Delivered through a Design/Build partnership with Pinkard Construction, the remodel provides a modern and flexible office tailored to the unique needs of STRIDE’s administrative staff.

Redefining Workplace Culture Through Design

The project was guided by the goal of resetting and enhancing workplace culture. MOA ARCHITECTURE designed a space that balances openness and transparency with areas for privacy and focus. Collaborative break-out spaces and smaller 1–2 person rooms support sensitive conversations and individual work, while the main conference room can open into the kitchen to accommodate larger gatherings. Thoughtful design elements, including a feature wall adorned with a specially commissioned artwork by one of MOA’s architects, reinforce a sense of identity and pride in the workspace.

Strengthening Connection and Collaboration at STRIDE

The remodel strengthens communication, collaboration, and engagement among STRIDE’s administrative team. By bringing employees together in a single location with adaptable spaces, the project fosters efficiency and cohesion. The flexible design also allows the organization to host events and larger gatherings on-site, supporting team-building and community outreach efforts. With a thoughtful blend of functionality, aesthetics, and cultural expression, the STRIDE Administration Office Remodel enhances employee experience and reinforces the mission-driven values of the healthcare organization.
