Inspired by the amenity-rich tech campuses of Silicon Valley, the vision behind Prime Meridian is to provide tenants—regardless of size—with the perks typically reserved for major tech giants. The plan places the outdoor environment at the heart of the design, emphasizing walkability, open-air amenities, and seamless indoor-outdoor connections. The buildings are strategically stepped into the gently sloping terrain to preserve sightlines to the Front Range, while a one-mile jogging and walking loop winds through the site, linking a variety of unique outdoor spaces and experiences.
Redefining the Suburban Workplace
Prime Meridian sets a new standard for what a suburban office campus can offer. From a beer garden and fire pit to a community garden, rock climbing area, and skating rink, the development creates opportunities for social interaction, recreation, and well-being.
