Elevated Living in the Heart of Denver

Paradise Living introduces a refined residential presence within a 55,000-square-foot site in downtown Denver, redefining urban luxury through thoughtful design and vibrant street engagement. The tower rises from a multi-level podium that accommodates resident parking while activating the ground level with restaurants and retail, contributing to a lively pedestrian experience. Above, flexible condominium layouts offer a diverse mix of studio through four-bedroom units, each designed with high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, and generous balconies. Together, these elements create a residential environment that balances density, comfort, and elevated urban living.

Scope

  • New Construction
A dining and bar space with wood floors, brick columns, a long bar with high stools, dining tables arranged across the room, exposed ceiling beams with pendant lights, and decorative wall displays.
A residential lobby lounge with clustered seating arrangements, round and rectangular tables, stone columns, wood ceiling slats with integrated lighting, area rugs, and potted plants defining multiple gathering zones.
Rhythm, Color, and Urban Energy

The architectural expression of Paradise Living draws inspiration from the movement and energy of downtown Denver. A dynamic screening system wraps the parking levels, introducing a vibrant layer of color that enriches the surrounding streetscape. Above the podium, stepped balconies and curtainwall façades create a rhythmic composition that shifts with light and perspective, giving the tower a distinctive identity. The design carefully balances bold visual gestures with refined detailing, ensuring the building contributes both character and sophistication to the evolving skyline.

Transforming the Skyline Experience

Paradise Living establishes a vertical community that enhances both resident lifestyle and the broader downtown experience. The podium roof serves as an elevated amenity deck, offering outdoor pools, lounge areas, a fitness center, spa, and an on-site dog park, creating opportunities for connection and relaxation above the city. At the skyline level, the tower’s sculpted form and expressive façade introduce a new architectural landmark, while at street level, retail and dining spaces energize the neighborhood. The result is a development that not only redefines luxury living but also strengthens the urban fabric and vitality of downtown Denver.
