A Workplace Designed for Impact
This tenant improvement project creates a bright, welcoming office space in Denver for Caring for Colorado, a nonprofit foundation dedicated to improving the health and well-being of children, youth, and families across the state. After outgrowing its previous space in Glendale, the organization sought a more modern and centrally located workplace closer to downtown. Caring for Colorado selected a suite in the newly completed All Copy Products Headquarters, also designed by MOA ARCHITECTURE, making use of the building’s final available tenant space.

Bringing Vibrancy to Work
Caring for Colorado’s mission—to support communities and elevate the quality of life for families statewide—inspired a design focused on transparency, vibrancy, and connection. The space was planned to enhance the employee experience by emphasizing natural light and maximizing views of the Denver skyline and the Front Range. Windowed areas were deliberately left open for shared break areas and circulation to maintain strong visual connections to the outdoors. To match the foundation’s uplifting mission, the design incorporates bright, cheerful color palettes and finishes. Close collaboration with the furniture vendor ensured the office furniture was aligned with the vibrant interior palette, contributing to a cohesive and energetic workspace.
Spaces That Inspire and Unite
The new Denver office provides Caring for Colorado with a fresh and inspiring space that better reflects its values and enhances day-to-day operations. By moving closer to the communities and partners it serves, the foundation is more accessible and connected. The light-filled, colorful office boosts employee morale and encourages collaboration, while the thoughtful use of space supports both focused work and informal interaction. As part of a larger MOA-designed building, the office also benefits from shared amenities and contributes to the architectural cohesion of the broader development. Ultimately, the space supports Caring for Colorado in continuing its mission to make a positive impact across the state.
