A Dynamic Headquarters for a Growing Company
The All Copy Products Headquarters consolidates several Denver-area offices for this fast-growing local company into a single, six-story facility that supports collaboration and allows for future growth. Delivered through a Design-Build partnership with Bryan Construction, the project combines office, warehouse, and structured parking into a cohesive campus, while incorporating existing All Copy Products operations on the site. Strategically located in Denver’s Lincoln Park neighborhood, the building honors the area’s industrial heritage while projecting a contemporary and dynamic architectural presence.

All-in-One Headquarters for Work and Showcase
The design balances All Copy Products’ operational needs, corporate culture, and the site’s industrial context. The exterior features concrete forms, elegant metal paneling, and electrochromic glass, creating a rhythmic façade visible from Colfax Avenue that conveys movement and modernity. Because environmental covenants prevented below-grade parking, the design integrates a 220-space above-ground parking podium directly into the building massing, maintaining convenient access to offices, lobby, and warehouse spaces. Inside, the layout was carefully crafted to reflect the company’s collaborative culture, incorporating diverse work environments, huddle rooms, private spaces, and a guided “tour route” for prospective clients to experience the company’s products and services.
Inspiring Workspaces That Elevate Culture and Community
The headquarters creates a flexible, inspiring workplace that fosters employee engagement, client interaction, and operational efficiency. Key amenities include a fifth-floor fitness area and employee lounge opening onto a balcony with expansive views of downtown Denver and the Front Range. The building prioritizes user comfort through daylighting and one of the Denver metro area’s largest installations of electrochromic glass, which adjusts sunlight levels automatically to reduce glare and eliminate the need for blinds. By blending thoughtful interior programming, industrial-inspired architecture, and sustainable, user-focused design, the facility strengthens All Copy Products’ brand, culture, and presence in the Denver community.
