The vision for 3055 Roslyn Street centered on creating a modern healthcare environment that supports team-based care, academic collaboration, and long-term adaptability. MOA ARCHITECTURE designed the building to be welcoming, highly functional, and sustainable—reflecting both the community’s values and the needs of its clinical users. Interior tenant spaces were planned to enhance connectivity, streamline workflows, and provide natural daylight and comfort throughout. The project’s design-build-out for multiple tenants underscores the building’s inherent flexibility while reinforcing a cohesive aesthetic across the facility.
The A.F. Williams Family Medicine Clinic brings comprehensive care to the community through three family medicine pods, each with eight exam rooms, a central nurse/work station, and a procedure room. The facility expands services with an on-site physical therapy suite—including a therapy pool—as well as radiology, mammography, blood labs, and dedicated teaching spaces that support the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center. By co-locating clinical, administrative, and instructional functions, the building enhances operational efficiency and elevates both patient experience and provider collaboration. Today, 3055 Roslyn stands as a cornerstone of accessible, neighborhood-focused healthcare in Central Park.
