I choose to work at MOA not only because the projects that we work on are super impactful, but also because the leadership genuinely makes me feel valued. MOA has helped me grow into a better designer by giving me the freedom and opportunities to work on different projects. For example, I've gotten to lead TI renovation projects within my first 6 months of being with MOA. The mentorship and trust here make me feel like my experiences and my opinions add benefits to the team. MOA differs from other firms because of the people; everyone genuinely wants to aid in learning and growth because this leads to the best work. It was really easy to tell early on that everyone was very supportive of each other and wanted to help each other succeed. 

The Stanley Hotel's rich history and striking architectural character make it especially compelling. The Stanley stands as a powerful example of how historic architecture can tell a story—one that, in this case, sparked another iconic tale in return. It’s a beautiful and fascinating project that highlights the impact of thoughtful design, and it is amazing that MOA has the opportunity to expand upon this rich history!
