Suzanne Zecchin

Senior Project Manager
NCIDQ, LEED AP, Fitwel Ambassador
My name is Suzanne, and I often describe my role as an air traffic controller—bringing order to complexity so projects move forward smoothly and predictably. I’m skilled at uniting design, consultant, and client teams around a shared purpose, translating complex challenges into collective achievements through collaboration, clarity, and trust.

From kickoff through closeout, I advocate for the client at every step and serve as a steward of your vision—protecting goals, budget, schedule, and risk while keeping communication proactive and decisions well documented. The result is a process that feels organized, transparent, and aligned to what matters most to you.

My Why

I came to MOA Casper from the DC/Annapolis area after a telephone interview with Brandon and invited me to Casper for an in-person interview. It snowed upon my arrival, and I had to borrow a jacket from the hotel staff as I was dressed in my DC finest, obviously not prepared for WY in May! My favorite part of the interview was having lunch with his client, Anna Kinder. I was offered the job 4 days later . My husband, who had never been to Casper, was thrilled and we packed up “the Conestoga” wagon, gave our keys to a realtor and headed west, never looking back.  As a Navy "Brat" and Navy spouse, I have lived all over the US and in 2 foreign countries (Japan and Italy), moved over 20 times in my life (4 different high schools), and always had shallow roots.  Landing in WY and working for MOA has provided those roots to grow deeper.

MOA has shown up for me in many ways. They check in to make sure I’m thriving and supporting my efforts and ensuring resources are there as needed. They supported me after an unexpected health “speed bump” which was so refreshing.

Most amazing is the MOA principals are genuine, they care about their staff, work very hard to keep a clear line of communication and have created a great culture with which to work and build something together.  The projects are career builders, and everyone takes great pride in their work and each other’s talents.

Favorite MOA Project

Gillette Enzi will be a spectacular boost for both the city and the students attending the college. The client is highly engaged and enthusiastic about advancing the college and its programs to better serve the community. I value the strong partnerships they have established—and continue to build—to support workforce development and strengthen opportunities for Gillette and the state of Wyoming.
