I chose—and continue to choose—MOA because of the genuine compassion and understanding the firm shows its team members. There’s a clear recognition that employees are individuals first, not just resources, and that perspective creates a supportive, adaptable environment as needs evolve. That culture of care, paired with a strong collective drive, fosters highly collaborative teams that consistently produce exceptional work while maintaining an engaging and enjoyable workplace.

My favorite MOA project is Summit Heights Junior High School. This was my first project with MOA that I worked on from start to finish, and it is especially meaningful to me. Working with such a great client made the experience incredibly rewarding and one that I hold close to my heart.
