As a boomerang MOA-er, I know there is something special about working for MOA. I first started at MOA during the COVID pandemic, when we were all working remotely. It was definitely a unique experience joining a firm remotely and meeting the team virtually! Even through a screen, I was able to connect with the people and the culture. The work we create and the projects we are passionate about reflect the people here and make you want to stay.

I’m passionate about the work we do, whether it’s a new elementary school or renovating a space to bring new life to a community. MOA strives to positively impact communities through great design. But it’s the people I work with every day who truly bring me to work. The supportive environment encourages continual learning and growth, both personally and professionally, and I know everyone at MOA will be there through the good and bad times. We aren’t here just for the company picnics, golf days, and holiday parties. We show up for the MOA community in our daily interactions.

Traverse Academy is a unique and one of a kind school MOA had the opportunity to work on. Its really a special project that puts mental health and the needs of kids ahead of the traditional classroom environment.
