My Why
I choose to work at MOA because of the value placed on people — and that value makes me want to be here. MOA has shown up for me throughout my entire professional career. I’ve never had a bad experience, whether project- or staff-related. From intern to dedicated team member, MOA has encouraged my growth and development in ways that directly align with my passions for this industry.
MOA is different because the people here strive to be leaders, not just managers. Everyone is willing to give more than they take. I will continue to show up for MOA, just as they have shown up for me.

Over the past 15 years, the ongoing work and relationship-building on the Stanley campus have led to some of our most impactful projects.
