Interior Designer
NCIDQ, LEED GA
I’m Jordan Taylor, your space navigator for Interiors.

When you work with me, you can expect a designer that leads with empathy and curiosity to uncover the design needs and define the projects' interior goals. I design with an intuitive eye that is rooted in listening, both to the client and the context so that I can translate one's vision into meaningful, functional spaces that embrace a universal user.

My Why

I came for the culture and the opportunity. I’ve stayed because both are real. MOA has a true work-hard, play-harder energy. There’s a strong drive to do meaningful, high-quality work, but there’s also celebration, connection, and a sense of fun that makes the long days worth it. The opportunities to grow as a designer and an industry leader are achievable here, especially with the support and mentorship from MOA’s leadership team. And honestly? The people at MOA are just cool humans to work with.

What makes MOA different is that the people truly care about you as a person, not just as an employee. There’s genuine interest in getting to know each other beyond project deadlines—whether that’s your friend’s wedding that is coming up, family visiting from out of town, your pet’s adventures, or your growing family. I’ve never seen a situation where someone asked for support and didn’t receive it. That level of care isn’t something you can fake; it’s part of the DNA here.

Favorite MOA Project

The Fletcher Miller School in JeffCO is one of my favorite projects because it was rooted in designing for truly deserving clients and users; students with specialized needs who benefit deeply from a space designed with care and intention. The creative design concept was centered on supporting a diverse student demographic, translating inclusivity into thoughtful, functional environments. Throughout the project, innovative design solutions were implemented to balance sensory needs, flexibility, and clarity. Bold colors, distinctive design features, and integrated lighting were intentionally used to create an intuitive wayfinding experience, helping students feel confident, supported, and empowered within their school environment
