Hi, I’m Drew. I focus on leading projects at a high level – overseeing the process, supporting the team, and making sure our clients feel informed and confident every step of the way. One of my strengths is building trust and strong relationships, which helps keep communication clear and decisions moving forward. Ultimately, I create a predictable, well-managed process so our clients can achieve the outcomes they’re aiming for.

My Why

I arrived in Denver somewhat unexpectedly about 10 years ago and ended up finding a long-term home at MOA. I was drawn to the firm because of its focus on K-12 educational work. It mattered to me to be part of projects that have a real, lasting impact on communities and the students they serve.

What’s kept me here is how MOA has invested in my growth along the way. I started as an emerging professional, and as I’ve taken on new challenges and asked for more responsibility, the firm has consistently supported that progression, whether through leadership opportunities or having a voice in how we approach our work. That’s led me to where I am today as a Senior Project Manager and Senior Associate.

I’ve also had the opportunity to grow alongside the firm. Our projects have become larger and more complex, and MOA has established itself as a leader in Denver’s K-12 market. What stands out to me is that even with that growth, the culture has remained collaborative, where people are heard, and you can genuinely influence change.

To me, that’s what sets MOA apart. It’s a place that delivers meaningful work for clients while also investing in its people and trusting them to help shape what comes next.

Favorite MOA Project

My favorite MOA project is always the next one—the project still in front of our team, full of opportunities to collaborate, problem-solve, and create meaningful educational environments. I’m energized by working with clients who bring a strong vision for their district and by guiding a project from early ideas to a place that students and teachers will ultimately use every day. For me, each new project represents a chance to build strong partnerships, explore thoughtful design solutions, and make a lasting impact on the communities MOA serves.
