Andrew Olsen is a Project Manager at MOA Architecture, specializing in K–12 educational environments. With more than a decade of experience in the profession, Andrew brings a well-rounded background that spans design, project management, and construction. A licensed architect, he began his career as a construction estimator and later designed and built multi-million-dollar homes before shifting his focus to commercial architecture.
Since joining MOA nearly ten years ago, Andrew has held a variety of roles, gaining deep insight into the firm’s processes and culture as he advanced within the company. Today, he leads project teams and partners closely with clients to help bring their vision to life, ensuring that each project is delivered with clarity, collaboration, and technical excellence. While his primary expertise lies in the K-12 sector, Andrew prides himself on the ability to tackle any project type with the same level of commitment and care.

Favorite MOA Project
My favorite MOA project is always the next one—the project still in front of our team, full of opportunities to collaborate, problem-solve, and create meaningful educational environments. I’m energized by working with clients who bring a strong vision for their district and by guiding a project from early ideas to a place that students and teachers will ultimately use every day. For me, each new project represents a chance to build strong partnerships, explore thoughtful design solutions, and make a lasting impact on the communities MOA serves.
