My Why
As a mom, I am someone who values my career as well as my role of being a mom. Being able to continue to grow my career in the direction I want it to go, as well as spend time with my family and raise my kids and be active in their lives, are both things I value deeply. I choose to work at MOA for this reason. They have created a culture based on work hard, play hard, valuing time spent on your career as well as time spent with your family. Finding this balance was my number one goal in looking for a place to work and I have found that to be true at MOA. Work life balance, is truly valued and I feel like a person not a number within the company.
Favorite MOA Project
I love the attention to detail and all the thought that was put into the design. I love hospitality work and being able to see something as iconic as the Stanley get celebrated is fun!
