Meet Our Faculty

Led by Dr. Bonnie Wright, a specialist in Anesthesia and Analgesia, the Evidence Based Veterinary Acupuncture (EBVA) faculty members are highly experienced veterinarians and educators specializing in integrative medicine, pain management, and acupuncture. With backgrounds in anesthesiology, clinical research, rehabilitation, and general practice, they bring a well-rounded approach to veterinary care. Their dedication to improving animal health and mentoring future practitioners sets them apart as leaders in their field.

The collective expertise of our faculty spans over 100 years, including advanced certifications, hands-on practice, and a commitment to evidence-based treatment methods. Passionate about education, they actively contribute to the field through teaching, research, and clinical application, ensuring that students receive comprehensive training in veterinary acupuncture and pain management.

EBVA courses are designed to deliver a personalized learning experience. Our in-person sessions are small, highly interactive groups. To maintain quality instruction, we limit class sizes to a maximum ratio of one instructor per 3 to 4 students. This allows for individualized guidance, hands-on practice, and in-depth discussions throughout the course.

EBVA is the
only acupuncture program
led by a specialist in
