Favorite MOA Project

Pathways Hospice Center is my favorite project at MOA. It is rooted in a powerful mission and guided by an incredible staff whose insight shaped every aspect of the design. The team carefully studied the needs of various user groups, ensuring that both the functionality of the spaces and the overall aesthetic would be meaningful and supportive for those who experience the building every day.

Designed in the midst of the COVID pandemic, the project required adaptability and resilience. The team pivoted quickly to incorporate an isolation wing, adjust material selections, and navigate ongoing supply shortages. Despite these challenges, the project was successfully delivered and stands as a testament to collaboration, flexibility, and mission-driven design.
