MOA Offices 414 14th Street
In the fall of 2016, MOA ARCHITECTURE relocated to 414 14th Street in Denver, occupying a 13,500-SF space on the building’s third floor. Originally constructed in 1920 to house Denver Public Schools administrative services, the building underwent a thoughtful addition and renovation to accommodate MOA’s move, blending historic character with modern workplace needs.

The design reflects MOA’s collaborative and flexible approach to work. A new three-story atrium was introduced within the building’s u-shaped plan, adding 2,000 SF of prime office space per floor. The interior fosters connection and creativity through an open office layout, a variety of meeting and huddle spaces, casual work areas, writable wall surfaces, flexible furniture, and sit/stand workstations. Technology is seamlessly integrated to support collaboration and productivity.
The renovated office provides a dynamic and adaptable environment that supports MOA’s team-based design approach. Modernized mechanical and electrical infrastructure ensures operational efficiency, while the thoughtfully designed workspaces enhance interaction, creativity, and well-being. The space stands as a reflection of MOA’s commitment to collaboration, innovation, and a forward-looking workplace culture.
