Illuminating Innovation: A Warehouse Reimagined

MOA ARCHITECTURE partnered with Cooper Lighting to transform an existing high-bay warehouse into a cutting-edge divisional corporate headquarters. The facility combines product showrooms, flexible office solutions, collaboration spaces, full manufacturing capabilities, and high-bay warehousing—all delivered on a demanding, accelerated schedule.

Efficiency Meets Elegance in a LEED-Certified Campus

The project challenged the design team to balance operational efficiency with a compelling marketing presence. The concept focused on creating a LEED-certified environment that integrated manufacturing, office, and showroom functions into a cohesive campus. Day-lit, two-story interior volumes were designed to foster collaboration between design and marketing teams, while also creating an engaging environment for clients and visitors.

Lighting the Way: Transforming Work and Brand Experience

The completed headquarters has elevated both workplace experience and brand visibility. Employees benefit from thoughtfully connected spaces that enhance productivity and interaction, while visitors experience an immersive showroom highlighting over 100 LED lighting fixtures. The facility demonstrates how strategic design can unite operations, marketing, and sustainability in one high-performance corporate campus.
