Visa USA Campus
The Visa USA Campus is a purpose-built corporate campus designed to support the technological and operational needs of one of the world’s leading financial services companies. The winning entry of a design competition, the campus was master-planned in three phases and includes a 50,000-SF data processing center, a four-story 140,000-SF headquarters office building, and a two-story 66,500-SF data center. The design creates a secure, modern, and cohesive environment that reflects Visa’s global brand and operational priorities.

Visa required a new corporate campus that could meet its growing data and security needs while offering a high-performance workplace environment. The client needed robust data processing infrastructure with multi-level security and redundancy, along with an office environment that would support collaboration and reinforce the company’s identity. The challenge was to integrate these specialized requirements into a single campus that would function seamlessly and project a strong corporate presence within a suburban office setting.
The completed campus delivers a high-security, high-functioning environment tailored to Visa’s operational and branding goals. The two data centers incorporate controlled access, “hardened” walls, surveillance systems, and fully redundant mechanical and electrical systems. Additional security features—including a guard station, high-security barriers, and a perimeter landscape feature wall—enhance the site’s protection. Architectural elements such as full-height aluminum panels and angular wedge forms at each entry subtly reinforce Visa’s brand, giving the campus a modern and cohesive identity. Connected by an enclosed walkway, the buildings support secure, efficient movement between operations and administration, creating a forward-thinking environment designed for resilience and growth.
