Infrastructure for Intelligence and Innovation
To support its growing operations in Colorado Springs, SI International, Inc.—a leading provider of information, technology, and network systems for the U.S. federal government—consolidated its regional facilities into a new campus at the Newport Tech Center. The campus features two purpose-built structures: a 92,400-SF, three-story office building housing corporate offices, secure operations areas, and conference facilities, and a 30,800-SF, single-story special services building with space for fabrication, integration, training, and logistical support.

Designing for Security Without Compromise
The design team was challenged to deliver a secure, efficient, and forward-looking campus that could support the full scope of SI International’s highly specialized work. The architectural concept reflects the organization’s emphasis on precision, collaboration, and innovation. Each facility was carefully planned to meet the unique functional requirements of classified operations and technical fabrication, while still providing flexible, comfortable workspaces for employees and teams.
One Campus, Greater Capability
Bringing SI’s teams together under one roof has enhanced both security and collaboration across departments. The new campus not only improves workflow efficiency and technical capability, but also provides an adaptable platform for future growth. Strategically positioned within the Newport Tech Center, the facility strengthens SI International’s regional presence and reinforces its mission of delivering critical infrastructure and services to federal clients.
