Adbay Headquarters
Located in Casper’s Old Yellowstone District, the Adbay Headquarters transforms the historic Coke Building into a vibrant workspace for a growing advertising agency. Originally constructed in the early 1940s as a Coca-Cola bottling facility, the building now blends its industrial past with a modern creative spirit. The design celebrates the character of the original structure while introducing new elements to support collaboration, productivity, and community.

- Adaptive Reuse
As Adbay continued to expand, the firm required a new headquarters that could reflect its brand identity while accommodating its evolving operational needs. The client sought a space that would energize staff and clients alike—something unique, authentic, and deeply connected to the community. The underutilized Coke Building offered an ideal opportunity: a historic structure in a central location that, with careful renovation, could be both a functional office and a symbol of the agency’s creative vision.
The renovated Adbay Headquarters is a dynamic fusion of past and present. Key features of the original structure—including exposed brick, heavy timber roof framing, and industrial detailing—were preserved and highlighted throughout the design. New interior elements were carefully integrated to enhance functionality and visual impact without compromising the building’s historic fabric. In collaboration with public and private preservation entities, the project retained its architectural integrity and is now a candidate for listing on the National Register of Historic Places. Today, the headquarters stands as a creative hub that honors Casper’s history while supporting Adbay’s future.
